ADP Training

ADP strives to support the development of its staff. It has a robust induction for all job roles which is carried out in our regional training centres and then continues at practice level. Our trainee nurses are supported throughout their qualification courses and are then encouraged to develop further with Post Graduate Qualifications fully funded by the company. We also promote NVQ courses for our Practice Managers and Reception staff in Business Management and Customer Services.

The company also has a modular workshop development course for up skilling our staff in readiness for promotion. Our Clinicians receive a full induction including a series of post induction peer discussion groups with are held by our Clinical Directors. They then have on going support from our Area Clinical Managers.

The company provide CPD workshops for both Clinicians and Dental Care Professionals. Also we have recently started online CPD which staff can access.
