Patient friendly Practices delivering exceptional quality of care at unbeatable prices.

ADP is one of the UK’s largest Dental Corporate Bodies with 132 practices across England and Wales. We offer NHS and private treatments to over 1.5 million patients including children, charge exempt adults and fee paying adults.

ADP effectively began in 1985 when a group of Dentists formed Associated Dental Practices (ADP). By 2001 there were 21 practices based in the South East. From then on ADP pushed ahead with growth through acquisition and winning greenfield tenders building to our current 132 practices. In December 2009 PCP acquired ADP.

We currently have two further practices in development as the result of a successful tender process and there are others either in the acquisition phase or under consideration. ADP is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC), and has the necessary Employee and Public Liability insurances and Professional Indemnity insurance as a Corporate Body, to supplement the indemnity insurance held by all its Dentists.

ADP is a patient centric business putting the patient at the centre of operations. We ensure that patients, clinicians and our staff experience all the benefits of being part of a large organisation whilst remaining flexible and agile to meet the local needs of the practice.

We are organised at national, regional, area and local levels. The central functions include HR, Resourcing, Finance, Procurement, Communications and IT, whilst the ‘cluster’ approach at regional and area levels allows our practices and people to enjoy a tight support network as well as sharing best practice to continually improve our service. Each Practice Manager is supported by an experienced Area Business Manager with the direct support of the Area Clinical Manager.
