Looking for high quality, affordable, dental care from your dentist? You have found it here - The ADP Dental Group |
Who do we treat?
We treat everyone. We offer NHS work and private work, if you prefer it. We treat the young and old - in fact, all the family. |
Who are we?
ADP is one of the leading and largest dental companies in the UK. We have been established since 1985. |
What do we do for you?
We provide a highly professional, comprehensive service:
Initial consultation to identify the state of your dental health and what needs to be done
Regular check ups
Preventive dentistry to detect and prevent problems early
Dental hygiene, through our qualified hygienists, to help you clean and look after your teeth
Special help for nervous patients. We help calm you through a gentle process of sedation
Private treatments to give you a beautiful smile. This can include: white fillings, teeth whitening, crowns, implants and much more. Just ask your dentist what is available.
Certain treatments may only be available at selected practices |
Why should I trust ADP?
ADP is dedicated to providing high quality dental health at affordable prices:
Our philosophy is that we will always put your, the patient's, needs first
Our dentists undergo continual training
We have procedures for auditing our internal processes to ensure that high standards are maintained |
Charges
If it is NHS work, you will pay the set charge. When it comes to private work, we are highly competitive. Our dentists will inform you of the cost of treatment and will provide a total treatment plan for you. Our private prices are available in all practices |
How do I pay?
Both NHS and private fees are payable as treatment progresses, although for some treatments, payment will be required in advance of the treatment being carried out. The balance must be paid by the end of the treatment. We accept cash, cheques with a cheque card and credit/debit cards. |
If I need to complain?
In the unlikely event of you needing to complain, we will take the complaint very seriously. In the first instance, ask to speak to the Practice Manager at your practice. Your complaint should then be made in writing to the Practice Manager. We are unable to deal with complaints at head office adn all complaints should be directed to the practice concerned. A patient complaint leaflet setting out our policy and procedures regarding complaints is available in all surgeries. |
If I miss an appointment?
If you cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. A broken commitment or failure to attend a private appointment may result in a charge being incurred. Under the new NHS system you will not incur a charge for missed appointments, however you may be de-registered from the practice should you fail to attend |
